It is our great pleasure that Bangiyo Bhugol Mancha the only successful platform of Geography Teachers of Educational Institute in West Bengal has completed Twenty years of activities since its birth on 4th April 1993. We have lot of objectives to develop the teaching of Geography as well as to improve the environment.
The objects for which the Society is Established are :-
To develop knowledge of Geography amongst the teachers, pupil and interested persons at the subject.
- To organise lectures, debates, discussion, seminars and exhibitions for the difusion of knowledge on Geography.
- To publish useful literatures, magazine, books, etc.
- To promote and encourage advancement of Geography Education through Scientific development and innovations.
- To collect and prepare manuscripts and scientific instruments and designs.
- To develop contact with similar association both on national and international level and for this exchange delegation and study tour may be organised.
- To make Geography popular amongst the masses.
- To spread education to imbibe moral consciousness and to help to promote universal brotherhood.
Be a Part Of Our Organization
The Mancha will try to attain the above objects by :-
Organizing and recognizing Branches of Several Districts
Conducting a Journal called “Bhugolika” and bringing out other publications and educational bulletins.
Organizing Competitive examination named “Talent Search Test on Geography” for the Candidates of School Level.
Organizing and holding Conferences and meeting of the members.
Organizing lectures on Geography, educational exhibitions and holding educational seminars and symposia and opening and Conducting Centres for training of teachers and educational researchers.
Organizing street corner, walk for river for develop the awareness campaign among the masses.
Organising debate & Quiz Contest among the students for growing the interest about Earth Science.
